Med. Dr. Birsen Öztürk was born in 1967 in Kırcali. She graduated from Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty of Istanbul Univeristy. She has specialized in the Paeditrics Department of Istanbul University's Çapa Medical Faculty. Med. Dr. Birsen Öztürk works in the Paediatrics Department of Nişantaşı Hospital.
